Bibles for the DR!

 Presently, each child sponsored receives a story Bible by Sally Lloyd Jones that is used  for the Bible studies each week. We would like to place Bible memorization as something important that the older kids do, but we realized that many of them do not yet own their own BIble. We want them to write scripture in their heart and be a part of the weekly Bible studies. These kids are on fire for the Lord and we want to see that continue.

 

Each Bible costs $19.99. I will have the supply there when I arrive but would love to offset the cost of the Bibles and the shipment. There are currently 46 children sponsored

 

UPDATE!

Bibles were delivered to the Dominican Republic on Feb 7, the day I arrived.  They were delivered the that week and kids reactions were amazing! It has been only a few weeks and kids are already memorizing scripture for the Bible studies. Kids are very excited and love reading Scripture!
