PuentesDR is a Christ centered ministry that through child sponsorship, we share the love of Christ within the communities we serve in the Dominican Republic.  PuentesDR was founded in 2018 by Connie Branderhorst. Her desire was to show the love of Christ through a relationship with the sponsor and the sponsored child. One of the most important things for us is the unique bond that exists between our sponsored kids and their sponsors. We partner with them to make God's love visible through education, health and nutrition in the Dominican Republic. Staff works with the entire family to build and restore relationship through discipleship and education, providing for many physical needs including medical and dental as well as nutrition.. 

 PuentesDr Ministries is a registered 501C3 non-profit that is making a difference not only in the Dominican Republic  but also in the United States.  Staff works with the entire family to build and restore relationship through house visits and Bible studies. 

MATTHEW 25: 35,36

"I was hungry and you fed me, I was thirsty and you gave me a drink, I was homeless and you gave me a room, I was shivering and you gave me clothes, I was sick and you stopped to visit, I was in prison and you came to me. Then later it says, Whenever you did one of those things to someone overlooked and ignored, that was me--you did it to me."
