Larimar bracelets

Mothers of the sponsored children in Jarabacoa make these bracelets enabling them to earn a portion of each sale. This is an ongoing project involving microfinance projects for the women of Los Higos. The bracelet contains materials purchased by a nonprofit in the DR called Vida Plena in Punta Cana. Our women get these materials, one of the beads being the famous blue Larimar stone, only found in the Dominican Republic. These women make them into bracelets for purchase here in the United States. Each bracelet comes with a card introducing you to the woman who made the bracelet, mothers of the sponsored children.
