Francis Rosario is the Director of PuentesDR in the Dominican Republic. Francis lives in Los Higos originally, but cares for the PuentesDR base house in Jarabacoa throughout the year when there are no teams.  He says "I am so thankful for the staff and the leadership of PuentesDR and what God has done here already, and more importantly, the work He is doing through us here as we visit each family and lead Bible studies with them.
